A few minutes. Who you are, where people watch you, the numbers as you know them, and what you like to cover. Nothing here is shown publicly. Read the requirements and the creator terms first; the form asks you to confirm you have.

You

For payment and tax forms only. Never shown publicly.

Your sign-in link goes here, and so does everything about a campaign.

Campaign dates are set and shown in this zone.

Where people watch you

At least one link. The numbers are your own best figures for the last month or two; leave a box empty rather than guess. They count as unverified until the studio has looked at the channel.

What you cover

Wickhouse makes horror. Each campaign brief lists what its game contains.

When you usually go live or post, in your own words.

Anything else

Anything the boxes above did not have room for.
